Blazing Brilliance is an education consulting and professional development firm committed to empowering people and organizations through impactful, customized support. Centered on elevating educators, school teams, and education-focused organization, the firm offers coaching mentoring, and communication guidance desinged to unlock long-term success. Rather than offering one-off trainings, Blazing Brilliance partners with clients to cultivate lasting growth, stronger professional learning communities, and deeper connections across educators, students, and stakeholders.
Blazing Brilliance was created by Shawnta (Shawn-tay) S. Barnes. As an educator, Educator Barnes has obtained 4 teaching licenses and a school administration license. She has held a job in all five licensed areas. She also earned an education doctorate in Literacy, Culture, & Languge Education. Her wealth of knowledge along with the Blazing Brilliance team allows clients’ needs to be met.
