The Sisterhood Book Club is a book club facilitated by women for women.

If you are interested in connecting with other women through reading, this club is for you. This club includes lively discussions, diverse perspectives, and an unwavering commitment to lifting up histories, stories, and culture. This time we are reading Black Liturgies: Prayers, Poems, & Meditation for Staying Human by Cole Arthur Riley. This book covers a wide range of topics. For each topic, Riley provides perspectives, poems, mediatiations and reflection questions. This book is for any person of any racial background.

Our book clubs normally includes a small fee to compensate the facilitators for their time facilitating conversations where women feel free to be brave and vulnerable. This time, the only fee is the cost of the reading materials.
We have partnered with Black Worldschoolers Mobile Bookstore to offer a convenient way for participants to receive books with no shipping fee.
